Here you will find all necessary information on how to become a vendor at the Pine Ridge Road Farmers Market.
VENDOR APPLICATION
- Go to our Vendor Application page to open and and download the form.
- Now you can download and fill out the Vendor Application on your phone. Email your completed application to naplesmarketplace@gmail.com.
REQUIREMENTS
- Vendors and/or vendors’ representatives MUST speak English!
- Vendors are responsible for acquiring all necessary licenses and permits to operate and conduct business in Florida/Collier County.
PRICES FOR THE 2026-2027 SEASON
- $40.00 for a single space / per market day
- A 4-week minimum deposit ($160.00 for a single space) is required up front with Vendor Application.
- Contact the Market Manager for payment options.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- We offer monthly terms only.
- Vendor fees must be paid in advance.
- Next month’s payments are due on the last market day of the current month.
- All fees must be paid in full. No partial payments will be accepted.
- There is NO refunds or absentee credit for missed days.
- A current-rate processing fee will be added to all credit card charges.
- Invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours!
SEASON UPDATES
- We are now accepting new vendors for the 2026-2027 season. Contact the Market Manager with inquiries. Text or email only!
- Vendors are no longer allowed to bring their pets to the market. No exceptions!
- We are NOT accepting any more jewelry vendors at the Pine Ridge Road Farmers Market at this time.
